Gite Saint Martin is located in lower Normandy which makes it a great place to explore both Brittany and Normandy and all these two very different regions have to offer.

Saint Martin de Landelles

The nearest village to La Basse Froidriere is also host each year to part of the French National cycling championships.

La Polynormande takes place at the end of July / early August a week after the end of the Tour de France and is an event the whole village takes part in.

The Village has  a superb bakery, butchers, pharmacie, corner shops, bar and restaurants so all your need are close by.

Le Mont saint Michel is only 25 mins away by car

Basse Normandie has something for all, whether its  the Normandy Landing beaches of Gold, Juno, Sword, Omaha, Utah and the many associated  museums or the  golden sandy beaches of Carolles, Jullioville and Brehal to laze on in the summer sun, to the hidden rocky bays around the St Malo coastline to explore and the many other attractions  for young and old.
